For Sinus: Take 1 veggie cap at night. If you also experience sinus symptoms in the day, take 1 more veggie cap in the day.
Maintenance: Take 1 veggie cap daily
2-12 Years: Take 1/2 veggie cap daily. If swallowing is difficult, open the capsule and mix the content with any beverage (eg: plain water, milk, soup)
